Itinerary :
Your Balinese cooking class experience begins with a morning pickup from your hotel, followed by a visit to a traditional local market where you’ll explore the vibrant stalls, learn about fresh ingredients, and select produce for your cooking session. Afterward, you’ll head to a traditional Balinese compound or open-air kitchen where you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and an introduction to Balinese culinary traditions. Guided by expert local chefs, you’ll learn how to prepare a variety of authentic dishes, from spice pastes to satay and traditional desserts, using age-old techniques and traditional utensils. Once the cooking is complete, you’ll sit down together to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve created, soaking in the warm hospitality and peaceful surroundings before being transferred back to your hotel with a full stomach and new skills to take home.
